Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber (Hispanic Chamber) announced this year’s Latino Scholarship Program award winners. A total of $117,700 was awarded to 40 students on May 3rd, 2024, during the Chamber’s annual Scholarship Award Luncheon at the Oregon Convention Center, in Portland, Oregon. VPS Board Director Sandra Zavala-Ortega provided the keynote address, and Elsa Moreno Rangel provided the student keynote address. The Evans Scholarship is a full tuition and housing college scholarship for high-achieving caddies with limited financial means. To be eligible for the Arctic Chiropractic "Got a Spine Scholarship" a student must:1) Be attending college or university no later than October of 2025.2) Be attending college or university on a full-time basis by October of 2025.3) Have achieved a GPA of 2.5 or greater during their last academic year.4) Be a U.S. or Canadian resident.5) Be attending a school in the U.S. or Canada by October of 2025.6) Submit answers to the essay questions no later than 11:59 PM EST on the day of the deadline.*Note that you can be enrolled in any field of study.
