Here at Rentec Direct, we recognize that the investment in knowledge pays the best dividends for the future. To further support the goals and dreams of future technology influencers, Rentec Direct developed a scholarship fund for students pursuing a career in Computer Science.

All of Rentec Direct’s employees are based in Oregon, and we want to recognize the hard work and dedication of Oregon’s future tech workers. Whether you currently live in Oregon, or attend college in Oregon, Rentec Direct wants to support you. The Rentec Direct Tech Mastery Scholarship for Oregon College students will award up to four $500 scholarships to Oregon students.
About the scholarship
Rentec Direct wants to help you to complete your education that will transform your dreams into reality. Rentec Direct will offer up to four $500.00 scholarships per year to outstanding college students pursuing an education in Computer Science, software development or other closely related fields of study.
This scholarship is offered by Rentec Direct, the highest-rated property management software designed for real estate professionals.
Rentec Direct Tech Mastery Scholarship Application Process
Applicants should submit a scholarship application that includes the following materials:
- Cover letter detailing your past experience and achievements, and briefly outlining your future goals
- Application essay, either a written or video essay will be accepted
- Bonus material: please include images, links or reference that showcase your past work or volunteer experience in your field
- Contact information
- A copy of your academic transcript
- University enrollment status (current students) OR
- University acceptance letter for High School Seniors
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be an Oregon resident or enrolled in an Oregon college or university for Fall term 2025
- For current college students: Must be enrolled full-time in a computer science degree program or related field at an accredited Oregon college or university
- For high school seniors: Must be an Oregon residence or intend to enroll in an Oregon college or university in a computer science or tech program
- Must be in good standing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- One application per calendar year. Previous scholarship winners may reapply with a new submission.
High school seniors who have been accepted and plan to enroll in an Oregon-based college or university for the Fall term 2025 in Computer Science, or a related field, are encouraged to apply.
