Pence Contractors Diversity in Leadership Scholarship — Application
Scholarship Purpose
This award is intended to help students from underrepresented backgrounds pursue construction engineering management degrees in Oregon or otherwise prepare for careers in that profession.
Eligibility Requirements
(Please mark each box to verify you satisfy the corresponding requirement)
- Identify as a person of color and/or as female
- Be an Oregon resident (preference given to applicants from Multnomah County)
- Be enrolled at a 2‑year or 4‑year public postsecondary institution in Oregon (preference given to students attending Oregon State University)
- Major in Construction Engineering Management or Civil Engineering, or be enrolled in an associate degree engineering‑transfer program
- Be registered as a full‑time student
Award Details
- Award amount: $10,000 per year
- Scholars must reapply annually and compete for renewal
- Scholarships may be renewed for up to five years, subject to competitive review
