Scholarship summary
The Law Office of Kari H. Fawcett is offering the Young Legal Professionals Scholarship to help reduce financial obstacles for students pursuing legal studies. After more than 25 years representing Maryland residents in personal injury and family law matters, our firm is investing in the next generation of lawyers. Each semester, one recipient will be awarded $1,000 to support their education.
Important dates
- Application materials must be submitted by August 17, 2026.
- The scholarship winner will be announced within 30 days after the application deadline.
Who may apply
Applicants must satisfy every item below to be eligible:
- Be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college, university, or law school in the United States.
- Be pursuing legal studies with the intention of practicing law after graduation.
- Be at least 17 years old.
- Be a citizen of the United States.
