The Whitlock Law Hope and Opportunity Scholarship supports students who were raised in foster care as they transition into higher education. Award Value: $1,500 awarded to recipients pursuing undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited institution in the United States.

Eligibility
Applicants must demonstrate a foster-care background and meet basic academic and residency requirements. The scholarship is available to students enrolled or planning to enroll at accredited U.S. colleges or universities. Applicants must be at least 17 years old and either U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
