About the Making an Impact Scholarship

The scholarship recognizes students who have volunteered to address local needs and encourages continued civic engagement. Kaine Law created the program to complement its mission of helping people recover and rebuild after injury by highlighting positive community contributions. Examples of eligible volunteer activities include park cleanups, food service for people experiencing homelessness, and hospital volunteering. The program aims to both reward past service and motivate ongoing community involvement while supporting academic goals.

Purpose: To acknowledge volunteer impact, encourage continued service, and provide financial support for education.

  • Highlights volunteer contributions that improve local communities
  • Encourages recipients to continue community service
  • Connects civic engagement with educational support
